We are delivering care in your home and assisting with shopping, collecting medication and attending essential medical appointments.
How are you keeping clients safe when delivering care in their homes?
Our staff will continue to follow healthcare recommendations on the use of PPE. The majority of our staff are COVID 19 vaccinated including booster.
What happens if a member of your staff develops symptoms or tests positive?
If any of our staff develop symptoms, they will let us know. They will self-isolate following company guidance. Another staff member will provide your care.
Will your staff wear masks?
Yes, our staff may wear face masks when delivering your care.
Who do I contact if I am ready to start my support again or I want to make changes?
