Covid-19 FAQ’s

What services we provide?
We are delivering care in your home and assisting with shopping, collecting medication and attending essential medical appointments.

How are you keeping clients safe when delivering care in their homes?
Our staff will continue to follow government recommendations on the use of PPE, and we are following government guidance on the provision of home care, to keep all our staff and clients safe, the majority of our staff are COVID 19 vaccinated including booster.

How are you keeping clients and staff safe when collecting medication or shopping?
All staff are following guidance on the correct use of PPE, we are also following sensible guidelines, alongside regular and thorough hand washing.

Can you still help me if I develop symptoms or test positive for Covid-19?
If you need essential care, we will continue to provide this for you, ensuring staff are following government guidance on PPE use and the provision of home care.

What happens if a member of your staff develops symptoms or tests positive?
If any of our staff develop symptoms, they will let us know who they have been in contact with. They will self-isolate following government guidance. If a member of our staff’s household or someone in their support bubble develops symptoms, tests positive or is awaiting a test result, they will isolate following guidance. Another staff member will provide your care taking the necessary safety precautions.

Will your staff wear masks?
Yes, our staff may wear masks when delivering your care, following government guidance on the use of PPE.

Can you still help me if I am shielding?
Yes, we can provide essential care, our team will follow government guidelines on providing care and use the necessary PPE.

Who do I contact if I am ready to start my support again or I want to make changes?
Please call us on 01782 683046 or 07767166636. We are happy to start support again when you feel comfortable. We can offer reduced support to begin with if you choose to

Where are you able to take me out in the community?
Following the Governments lifting of all restrictions we are now able to go out in the community as before.
